1. Definitions

• ●"Service" — the web + mobile platform for managing weddings and events, including organizer registration, guest registration, introductions, gallery, chat, and related features.
• ●"Organizer" — a registered user who created an account to manage an event.
• ●"Guest" — a user accessing a specific event via link or QR code.
• ●"User Content" — any information, photo, message, profile or material a user uploads to the Service.

2. Registration and account opening

2.1. The Service is for users aged 18+. Minors may register only with parental or guardian consent.

2.2. The user warrants that the information provided is true, accurate and current.

2.3. Accounts may not be transferred. The user is responsible for all actions on their account.

2.4. simplematch may refuse registration or suspend an account at its sole discretion.

3. Use of the Service

3.1. The Service is for personal use and the management of weddings / events only.

3.2. Unauthorized commercial use, spam, or any unlawful activity is prohibited.

3.3. Reverse engineering, hacking, circumventing protections, or breaching Service security is prohibited.

3.4. Damaging Service availability through attacks (DDoS, brute force, aggressive scraping) or overload is prohibited.

4. User Content

4.1. The user retains intellectual-property rights in the content they upload.

4.2. The user grants simplematch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the content solely for operating the Service (storage, presentation to event participants, backup).

4.3. simplematch may remove content without prior notice if it violates these Terms or the law.

• ●Do not upload personal information of others without their explicit permission.
• ●Do not upload viruses, malicious code or misleading links.

5. Conduct between participants

5.1. Introductions within an event are between consenting adults only.

5.2. Harassment, threats, insults, or improper conduct toward other users is prohibited.

5.3. Impersonation or providing misleading information about your identity is prohibited.

5.4. simplematch is not a party to any relationship, meeting, or interaction formed via the Service, and is not responsible for user behavior.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. The name "simplematch", the logo, design, non-user content, and software code are owned by the Company.

6.2. Copying, duplicating, distributing or publicly displaying the application or parts thereof without prior written approval from the Company is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any representation or warranty.

7.2. simplematch does not guarantee 100% availability, freedom from defects, or that the Service will meet specific expectations.

7.3. simplematch is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising from the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

7.4. simplematch's aggregate liability to any single user shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 500 ILS — whichever is lower.

7.5. simplematch is not responsible for guest conduct, the meetings that occur, or any outcome of a physical or digital encounter through the Service.

8. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold simplematch, its employees, vendors and partners harmless against any claim, demand, damage or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) the user's breach of these Terms; (b) misuse of the Service; or (c) violation of third-party rights.

9. Changes, termination and jurisdiction

9.1. simplematch may change, add, remove, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

9.2. Material changes to the Terms will be announced on the website and via email at least 30 days before taking effect.

9.3. The user may delete their account at any time. simplematch may suspend an account for breach of Terms.

9.4. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.

10. Miscellaneous and contact

10.1. If any provision is held invalid by a court, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

10.2. All notices to the Service shall be sent to info@simple-web.co.il.
